Identifying Home Defects & Intro to Smart Homes is a dynamic continuing education course designed for licensed real estate agents. This course provides a comprehensive overview of common home defects and introduces participants to the world of smart homes. Key topics covered include identifying common home defects, understanding the features and benefits of smart home technology, and suggestions about when to market your listing as a “smart home.” Participants will also receive a list of questions to ask when dealing with properties that are changing ownership that have smart home systems or devices.
